Although based on the recent activity on this blog its more like a cookie whisper!
The holidays left me with tons of unwanted cookie crumbs around my middle section! Now I've been left to do some serious trimming! I've already lost a few lbs. but I have plenty more to go, so I've had to put baking on the "back burner" and focus on loosing the love handles.
I'll try to find low cal recipies to try and share with you and report on my trimming adventure.
